    Product Return & Exchange Policy – Renewalk.pk

    Please review the following policies carefully before making a purchase:

    • No Refunds / No Returns.

    • Exchanges are accepted within 10 days from the date of purchase or invoice.

    • Color Disclaimer: Due to variations in screen resolution, device settings, and lighting during photoshoots, the actual color or texture of the product may slightly differ from what appears online. Therefore, exchanges due to color mismatch will not be entertained.

    • Exchange Requirements: No exchange will be processed without a valid Claim ID and Invoice, both in stores and online.

    • Online Orders (within Pakistan):

      • You can exchange your product by sending the product back to us.

      • To initiate a return by courier, please WhatsApp us the CN (courier number) at +92 3191564701.

    • Processing Time: Once we receive the returned item, the replacement product will be shipped within 3 to 5 working days. A new tracking number will be provided for your convenience.

    • International Orders:

      • Items can be exchanged by sending them back to us.

      • Once we receive the returned item, the exchange will be dispatched within 3 to 5 business days.

      • Note: International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

    • Sale Items: All items purchased on sale are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

    • Used Items: We do not accept used products for exchange under any circumstances.
